Software Maintenance
Lakes Environmental Software includes 1 year of free technical support and upgrades for all of its products. These services are collectively termed maintenance. Our friendly technical support staff can be reached via phone, fax, or e-mail with any questions or comments you may have. During this period updates are made available via the internet.
After the first year, maintenance can be renewed for an additional year. The cost of maintenance renewal varies from product to product but is typically a small percentage of the original cost of the software package. Maintenance renewal is the easiest way to ensure you continue to receive the latest news, product updates and technical support services.
